The Project Leadership Institute is an organization that provides leadership training and coaching to project managers and team members to be the best version of themselves in the workplace. Our curriculum is based on the solid principles and teachings of John C. Maxwell America's leadership Guru. Founded and coordinated by John Maxwell Team founding member Phill Akinwale.

Project Leadership Institute 2022 - 2023
This PM coaching and leadership mentoring/development /Agile program may work for you if you are looking to grow in project management, Agile and leadership to go to the next level up.
It is a yearly program that comes with 1 hour of Leadership training and group coaching weekly (year-round) and 30 minutes of 1-1 coaching with Phill or an experience Agile/leadership coach every month, PLUS quarterly leadership summits. Phill also offers EMERGENCY email coaching advice for clients who are suddenly stuck and needing assistance.
Everything rises and falls on LEADERSHIP! The true measure of leadership is influence, nothing more nothing less. It is vital that project managers and personnel world-wider realize that without solid leadership, processes and tools do not stand a chance in distinguishing one from the crowd.
This program kicked off on March 27th 2021 with a keynote from John C. Maxwell on How to Be a Real Success.
Meeting Schedule: Saturdays at 10AM - 11AM EST
One-on-One Coaching: (30 Minutes Monthly): Pick a time
Quarterly Summits: Last Saturday of the quarter (2 hours)
Resume building: interview and resume coaching on demand
Impediment removal on the job: brainstorm with a coach ad-hoc
Free training and coaching offers: Announced when available

Students are welcome to sign up for as little as one month.

This underscores the importance of leadership in project management which is a large success contributing factor.
PROGRAM FORMAT
WEEKLY: Weekly Leadership Coaching & Mentoring
Saturdays at 11 AM EST Weekly. Teaching sessions are live and interactive. Masterminding and accountability sessions where the team brainstorm or where coaching begins are private. Pre-recorded sessions can be re-watched. John's Keynote can be viewed over again once you join the program via our learning system which you will have access to!
